Finding pictures is easy! Simply type your bib number into our search field and all pictures with your bib number will appear like magic.
Your bib was hidden or the number was not fully visible. If we can't see your bib, then we can't tag you in photos. That doesn't mean we didn't get some great action shots for you. You will have to do a little searching, but there is hope! We can help you narrow down your search, so you don't have to fish through the entire event cache looking for your photo. Try entering "X" into the search field to view all of our Lost and Found pictures that were unable to be tagged.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a photo of every participant in every event we shoot. Photography, like anything else, does not have 100% success rate every time. All event photos go through a preliminary screening and editing before they are posted for sale. Any blurry, over/under exposed, etc photos are eliminated. We do believe offering a quality product is more important than posting every photo we take.
We guarantee all galleries will remain open for at least 90 days post-event. However, most galleries will remain open for the current calendar year.
You will receive an email after your order is processed. The email will include a link to download your pictures files. If you don't receive an email within 24 hrs of purchase, or if the link does not work, contact us and we will help you access your files.
We guarantee our high resolution files up to an 8"x12" print or standard A4.
We understand that it's hard to tell exactly what you are getting from previewing a thumbnail with a watermark. We also know it's impossible for our photographers to bat 1000. Contact us and we will help you exchange your photo for a different one or refund your money.
When you purchase a digital file you are also purchasing the Right to Use the photo. Basically, you get to use it for personal use like making prints and social media sites. For complete copyright information click here.
